Service Catalogue - Create a section in the private profile to show the status of the organisation

When an organisation is registered in the Catalogue it has to go through a validation process. The status of this process has to be shown in a section inside the private profile ("Account").

The status has to be:

• Pending: the organisation has registered and provided the necessary documentation for its validation.
• Validated: the CloudOpting team has reviewed the documentation and validated the organisation and therefore it should be shown in its private profile.

The status can only be modified by the CloudOpting administrator, and its validation will enable the organisation to subscribe to services.

At the moment there is a field in blank that can be filled by the user, when it should only be possible to be filled by the CloudOpting administrator.
