Service Catalogue - Create a sheet in the private profile with the services subcribed/provided by the organisation #382
Description
At the moment there is in the "Menu" the "Service Manager", which is only accessible by admin users.
Each organisation must have in their private profile a section with a list of services subscribed or provided by them with the start and expiration dates of the contract (manually put by the CloudOpting Manager), the name of the provider of the service, an unsubscribe button, etc.
If the SS or SP clicks the name of a service it should redirect it to the monitoring page of the service.
