Service Subscription confirmation

The UI does not show any detail regarding the service instance just created.

1. You fill in the service parameters (according to TOSCA file definition)
2. You select the cloud provider
3. you are directed back in Service manager screen; instead of this the user should be presented with a confirmation screen stating that the subscription process has ended successfully (or not)
