[Room logic] Multiple person can enter participant at once

Multiple persons can enter, for example room 10, as participant.
Ideally, room 10 should be taken off the list once anyone enters.
False sequence:

• Two person enter the room, both as participant
• Then pilot test, “end call”, failed
• Both exist
• Then resume the room
