Fill out jest test suite for the grant routes. Make sure to test each status code and possible way to make an error in the code.

Test each method in the grant service object, and when you see a database call, make sure you mock the call with what you would want back from the database. The user folder has an example test made with the mocking behavior and examples of how NestJS does testing with format and a couple of methods. For more info on nest testing docs, follow this link testing. The setup for the test are already there you just need to do the actual logic of the test.
