DEV - Make the filter buttons work

Overview

This ticket focuses on verifying and fixing the grant filtering functionality on the frontend. The work involves reviewing all filter buttons and dropdowns to ensure they correctly filter the grants list as expected. The goal is to confirm that every filter control is properly wired up to the frontend grant filter logic, so that users get accurate, responsive results when applying any filter combination.

Tasks

• Go through all of the filter buttons and make sure they filter like they are supposed to.
• Ensure all of the filter dropdowns effectively filter the grants by using our frontend grant filters.

Acceptance Criteria

• All the filter buttons/dropdowns work like they should.

@lyannne I would highly recommend looking at how it was done before and then also making sure that when the page is changed the filters are cleared
