DEV - Add grant

Overview

• For this ticket, we will be adding the Add Grant card so that users can successfully add and edit grants.

Tasks

• Use Edit Grant view (already done by Yumi) to implement Add Grant card
• Ensure backend is connected to the frontend for both the edit grant and add grant screens.
• Reconfirm all spacing and text matches the design for the grant modal.
• Make sure all smaller tabs are implemented like Add Document and Contacts(Adding a bcan contact is still under design so this is up in the air so mainly focus on the outside of bcan contact part.)
• Make sure all the fields have their specific validation applied to them when the user tries to submit.

Acceptance Criteria

• Add Grant and Edit Grant both have full functionality (includes text editing, filters, adding contacts and documents, saving, etc)
