GSM_CAPABLE conflicting flags #22

This flag bool gsm_capable = 1; conflicts with this other flag, bool gsm_capable = GSM_CAPABLE; which is the desirable way of setting it.

This causes the connectGSM() to be called even if you do not want to use it. @usmanbiu , @augustinemwendwa72
