[Feature]: When deleting a food, if used, offer replacement and/or direct links to uses

Several times I have deleted a food that is in use, to replace it with a better entry. Say I started with a generic or other brand version of a food just to get things entered quickly, but later on I search and find the correct brand or specific item. I've had to first go figure out where it's been used, replace it with the correct version, then go back and delete the defunct version.

Describe the solution you'd prefer

Ideally the application would allow me to replace the existing entries with the correct food. I can imagine this would be a hassle to ensure the units of measurement were incompatible. Additionally it would be nice if the uses were hyperlinked and presented in a table, though I recognize that the UI work for that might be new and even more of a hassle than offering a replacement. But I don't see why someone would ever want to delete an in-use food from the database without replacing the old diary entries.

Wouldn't the time be better spend on improving the addition of food so you don't need to redo it later? What would help you in this regard?
