984 Tidy up emojis (#1282)

* move emojis to emoji param in these modules

* rest of modules and shared blocks

NOT done yet -

react, cloud, other unused blocks

* how itd works

* rm massive gap in this emoji combo

* show emojis on block &

flipped the link emoji to the start on readme block to line up with everything else - we won't try to pass an emoji from the readmes

* confusing emoji

* the unused modules now

* move slide link emoji to match

and rm youtube emoji from screenreader title

* no we do want them on overview

I'm wrong, we do want them, for recall and review
