In theory there is turtle.settiltangle

BUT documentation says it has no effect on image shapes (different from 'geometric shapes'):

Note: Image shapes do not rotate when turning the turtle, so they do not display the heading of the turtle!

Besides, in trinket (as of feb 2024) the command is just not supported (calling it gives error)
