This was never tested but FinderOuter uses number of logical processors as its default max degree of parallelism which should utilize all the available computing power of the CPUs.
FinderOuter also provides a "settings" section in the left column to change this number to manually set it to a lower value or if for any reason it couldn't detect the max value correctly, override that and set a higher value.
