Updating VMD 1.9.4 and VMD 2 separately? #921
Description
Source files under sub-folders of src are not handled by the VMD build script, complicating the task of updating Colvars into VMD.
One possibility could be designating VMD 1.9.4 as in "feature freeze", and only perform updates on VMD 2, where the build script could be modified to support subfolders.
