Run tests with tox through uv-venv-lock-runner

Since tox-uv v1.19.1, runner = uv-venv-lock-runner works well again, which allows us to run all tests on all supported Python versions locally 🎉 The Tox configuration of the following repositories has to be updated accordingly:
