Branch Protection Rules Now Active Across the Org

Hey team,

We have set up branch protection rules across all repositories in the Community-Access org.

What changed

• All pushes to main (and master) must go through a pull request
• PRs require at least 1 approving review before merging
• Stale reviews are dismissed when new commits are pushed
• Force pushes and branch deletions are blocked

What stays the same

• Org owners and admins are exempt and can still push directly when needed

Automation

A GitHub Action (branch-protection.yml) runs hourly to enforce these rules on any new repos added to the org automatically.
