Task does not allow empty subject and empty message

In a project we got a use case where the message needs to have an empty subject and empty message (only with attachment as message). We need to remove the subject and message check which currently throws an error.
Might be a good idea to add checkboxes "Allow empty subject" and "Allow empty message" (default to false) and add those to the check
