Release all licenses at client level don't work #192
Description
The feed-back from CV support on issue 251031-332 confirm that the API POST for releasing all licenses don't work with the current call even there are not error.
The request in release_license from client.py must integrate the flag "isClientLevelOperation": True for releasing all license and put the client into "deconfigured" state
The flag also missing inside the postman collection
