I wanted to discuss the fate of the GREAT-based enrichments. I think rGREAT was doing a pretty good job in the gene-centric compartment. What is our plan in this regard?

We just replaced GREAT enrichments with GOstats enrichments, since GREAT enrichments were not functional in the GitHub version of FactorViz. If you have the old sources somewhere, including a functional version of GREAT enrichments, we are happy to include them/replace GOstats enrichments for them.

They were functional in the source archive I recently sent, please check them out. There is a caveat though, you need a patched version of rGREAT, which I can also send.

Could you perhaps resend this source archive? I cannot find it in my mails, and please then also send the patched rGREAT code. Thanks!
