Can I switch off the watch later icons on the homepage?

YouTube already has one that's easier to access due to covering a larger area on a position that's easier to access even though I prefer the design of this one much more. It would be fantastic if this could replace the default WL and queue icons tho.

The extension options seems to be unrelated to this but it's not clear..

At the moment, no. However, I do plan on reworking the settings page so it is actually useful so I will take this request into account.

Can you upload a screenshot of that? It would give me some helpful context because I'm not sure which existing button you mean. I'm only aware of the one hidden behind the more options button in the homepage but if I remember correctly, the YouTube UI changes a little bit when you go back from a video to the homepage (no browser reload).

I think you should turn off inline playback to get it like it used to be

Okay, now I get what you mean. I didn't know that the old UI was still available as a setting.
