Implement the simple fields of BakerPool:

totalStakePercentage
delegatorCount
totalStake
delegatedStake
lotteryPower
metadataUrl
rankingByTotalStake 
paydayCommissionRates

Note that apy, delegators and poolRewards are not part of this task.
