[Bug] Model names conflict - download skipped

It seems that when a model has multiple versions and some of them have the same file name, the model is skipped because a similar file already exists even though it's not the same model. It just has the same file name.

Here's an example model listing where only v3 and v2 models are downloaded. v1 has the same file name as v3, v1 is not downloaded.
