Deprecation of brand_id in authentication with CDR Register needs to be defined

[CDR-Register-Stream]

V1.3.0 introduced the following change for support for collection arrangements

• To provide additional support to collection arrangements, updated iss, sub and client_id to use Brand ID OR Software Product ID

In the original analysis, it was identified that software_product_id should be default identifier to use but support for brand_id would remain for backwards compatability.

Documentation should be improved to reflect this and declare a deprecation warning to ensure that future builds align to using the software_product_id.

A deprecation schedule should also be created to advertise when support from brand_id will be removed.
