Add inline links for key definitions

Hypothesis

Based on feedback from the ACCC to support dashboards and public information that references the definitions defined in the data standards, creating permalinks to each named definition would support a single source of truth of definitions within the data standards.

Description

The ACCC relies upon definitions within the data standards including non-functional requirements such as definitions for unavailability. These definitions have no current way to be linked directly. As such, there is duplication of definitions in other correspondence which may lead to divergence in meaning.

Available Options

Create permalinks and name each definition where appropriate so they can be externally linked to.
Consider a auto-generated table of definitions.
