Converted file deleted

File is uploaded without a problem and conversion finishes according to the log. When the converted folder is checked there are no files there.

Installed on Unraid 7.1.2

Just to narrow down the problem:

What file format were you trying to convert from and to?

Did you get an error message in the web interface after completing the conversion?

The log showing the successful conversion is a good sign. So I will try to help you with a little more detail to find out what is going wrong!

Converting from avi to mkv then mp4 to mkv... Both were successful according to the log but no file in the converted folder.

No error messages at anytime.

Which Linux distro are you using inside Unraid?

Just to be sure, try reinstalling FFmpeg:

sudo apt-get install ffmpeg

Let me know if you're using a different package manager.
