Order Constructors #21
Description
Order constructors need to all be consistently written with price first, size second (currently some of the longer Order constructors have size first, price second, which needs to be fixed). All test cases and usages of the Order constructor in other files need to have the order of price and size appropriately changed as well (make sure all test cases pass after changes are made).
