Sparse3D

Sparse2D now builds the following Sparse3D binaries:

• mr2d1d_trans
• mr3d_filter
• mr3d_recons
• mr3d_stat
• mr3d_trans

By default the option “SPARSE3D=ON”. Turning the option off will build only the standard Sparse2D binaries.

Optimised Sparse2D with Unit Tests

This new release of Sparse2D includes several modifications to improve computation speed, code organisation and a unit test framework.

Notes: Should be compatible with latest release of Glimpse

Glimpse Stable Release

This version of Sparse2D is stable for building Glimpse (https://github.com/CosmoStat/Glimpse).
