Some capability to enable an auto-deploy from develop -> master
Currently, a PR is opened from develop into master, where the snapshot is removed, readme versions are updated, and javadocs are updated, then the whole review/pipeline runs. Then develop has it's version integrated.
This all should be automated, maybe with a properties file to track old vs new vs next version
