For those without any mainstream smartphone but carry a regular Linux (non-Android) phone or laptop in their bag, is there any possibility of making the react native work as an apt-get installable piece? It might also need some support from the OS to implement the bluetooth handling portion.

I also see this as potentially useful for places where large gatherings can happen in more enclosed spaces, such as restaurants and bars.. A Linux server could be set up in those areas and notify any codes seen in that area with a modified version of the protocol that takes into account the longer time that the droplets can remain in the air.

I need to +1 this one. It could be used to create a version for Ubport, PureOS (for the Librem5) and for Bare Android (without Google Play Service).
