Describe the solution you'd like
We want to incorporate the negation support for CP-ABE (Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption) as described in the ISABELLA24 paper, based on the formalism introduced by Attrapadung and Tomida [AT20]. This negation mechanism allows attributes to be enriched with negation conditions, enabling policies to specify attributes that must not appear with a particular value under the same label.
