Release Features: Turn Off Prayer Requests Temporarily

In order to release the Android app, the Prayer Request feature needs to be temporarily disabled since it is not present on the iOS version. It will be released when iOS finishes their development of it in order to keep the apps on the same page.

A new view screen for "Coming Soon" should be created and the Prayer Requests Menu item should point to that screen for now. This is to preserve the view screen for Prayer Requests and to make it easy to turn on again later. The Coming Soon screen can also be used in other places in the app if we need to.
