About Screen: Additional Thanks & Contact

On the About Screen, we want to thank the developers who have played a part in the development of the Android app (to thank them and to allow them to use it for job interviews). Also, we wanted a way to have people contact us to report issues or get in contact with a developer, so I've included text for that below. The top of the About Section should include the following text:
