Push Notifications: update info sent to server

There have been some changes recently on how the server deals with Push Notifications most notably everywhere that a Firebase token is stored there is now a device type field. In order to guarantee that the notification is in the correct format, the device type needs to be set in the model. The value for Android in the deviceType field is 2.
