Integrate translation service (Weblate)

You can integrate some translation services:

• https://toolate.othing.xyz/ based on Weblate, no pre-moderation, it can send a PR with translations, has automatic translations from Baidu. It's deployed specifically for the F-Droid apps
• https://translate.codeberg.org/ based on Weblate, no pre-moderation, but it can't send a PR on GitHub
• https://hosted.weblate.org based on Weblate, has pre-moderation for FOSS, no automatic translations (the LibreTranslate is just corrupted).
• Crowdin.com has pre-moderation for FOSS, has a better UI but it's not FOSS itself.
• https://WebTranslateIt.com, https://Translations.Launchpad.net: they are almost unused

I created a translation project on the Toolate https://toolate.othing.xyz/projects/notallyx
and also made a testing translations and it sent you a PR #744.

If you are ok with the solution then I'll send you a PR to add the Toolate link to the README to help users to find it. Also if you wish I can send you an invitation to become an admin of the translation project (needed sometimes to resolve merge conflicts).
