Optimize for performance (timeouts)

Current timeout is make 10 min on AC but this is not a good solution to prevent cpu usage. Implement a better solution for timeout logic.

• Acpi events?

  • upower and dbus
  • systemd service and timer usage

• adaptive polling fallback
