Brightness AC bug

After refactoring the brightness setup is still set the brightness according to battery level instead of %100 on AC.

This isn't a problem when charging. Seems like AC is checked by the cable pluged or not to the laptop, it is not check is it charging or not on upower? I plugged the the cable and the test seems show AC charging directly for upower but it wasn't connected to power outlet.
