Fix broken links on pypi page

On the pypi page https://pypi.org/project/cyberwatch-api/, links in the Readme are broken, especially the one that target the documentation (in Command Line Documentation). The links in the headers are not important, but the link to the documentation is important.
It seems that publishing on pypi changes the links. It remains to be seen whether this can be configured in the ci pipeline.
