Stucks on "Connecting..."

Hello, CyKit.py can see Epoc+ USB dongle but stucks on "Connecting..."
Can you help me to troubleshoot this plz?

Environment: Win10 x64, Python 3.7.2 x86

This is expecting you to connect from
a browser, from the \Web\CyKIT.html

to only print data to command prompt you must use:
python.exe .\CyKIT.py 127.0.0.1 54123 6 outputdata+noweb

this tells it not to connect to the browser interface, and prints out the data.
