Maybe make it +6 to enchant as an oskill so other classes can benefit and sorc gains +3 from it. The quiver is easy because we don't have them droppable at all in the game so it would need to be a cube recipe. We do already have a CTC lower resist quiver though so it would need to either not have that prior to that quiver being available at 85, or boost the +/- fire to compensate and remove the CTC
