Translate tutorials to be general to all DACCS nodes #54
Description
Right now, tutorials have hard-coded links to PAVICS. Before we host the tutorials from the main website, we need to:
- make them more generic so that they make sense to be run from any node
- proofread and edit for clarity
- choose which tutorials we want to highlight
- write new tutorials as needed
