Overview of timeline in the project:

• First presentation on DASDAE/DASCore was by D. Chambers at SEG DAS post-convention workshop Sep. 1, 2022
• Oct. 19, 2022 started bi-weekly developer team meetings online (11 am - noon Mountain time every other Wed.)
• Oct. 26, 2022 started bi-weekly Eileen and Derrick office hours - Green Center at Mines (11 am - noon Mountain time every other Wed.)
• Dec. 12, 2022 presentation of DASDAE overall with DASCore examples at AGU by E.R. Martin in gradient seismology session - need to attach DOI to a code release before then with Zenodo
• Jan. 5-6, 2023 hands-on DAS workshop (part of DAS RCN) including view of data using basic DASDAE tools with Terra15 format - led by E.R. Martin, G. Jin
• Jan. 15, 2023 aim to have new format from DAS RCN white paper fully tested with examples and record tutorial for conversion with 1-2 formats
• Feb. 1-28, 2023 global DAS recording month (bigger stress test of code with many groups using it, and potential for some groups to want to contribute additional data formats)
• Feb. 2023 set dates and advertise for first 2-day DASDAE workshop to recruit/train users and future developers
• May 2023 deadline for application to get participant support for DASDAE workshop (student/postdocs given preference for support and participant spots)
• July? 2023 host 2-day DASDAE workshop (1 day user tutorial, 1 day hackathon)
