Documentation details

Find the appropriate spot and add this:

To configure turnouts and have JMRI and throttles like the UWT-50 see them, there are two choices:

  1. Define the turnouts in jmri.... jmri will send the definition to the cs at startup.

  2. Define the turnouts in EXRAIL on the cs. The cs will inform jmri of the turnouts at startup.

#2 is preferable because it will allow more types of turnouts (servo, solenoid, etc.) and allow for turnout descriptions that can be seen by all throttles that connect directly to the command station over tcp/ip (WiFi or Ethernet) or through a serial port (like the USB port).

note to documenter: might be good to provide a little more info and possibly an example. At a minimum, provide a link of where each item is explained.
