The built-in version of diva.js in the wrapper is heavily out of date now. A newer version of diva.js should be used that is NOT as heavily integrated into the wrapper.

Use branch of pixel.js compatible with custom diva

Pixel wrapper uses a customized version of diva that is NOT up to date.
Using modern pixel.js does not work and will crash. See #44.
