New CMS - please make FAQ not-mandatory when creating new newsroom item

Problem: I am unable to submit a new newsroom article

Even if I fill in some info at the FAQ, i am still not able to save a new article.

So, it appears that I have filled in all required forms, yet an error occurs when I try to save the new entry.
