Investigate SummaryStats DB #12
Description
Copy/Paste from SSNG presentation.
Insert the raw data into
Dockerised DB with the SummaryStats ML
script to run VIEW generation.
Investigate whether we can generate a VIEW
with python scripts or should we add this as a
table
Views will be generated for easier outputting of a new base.config or getting stats on co2
PostgreSQL and PostgREST (converts the DB directly into an API), we already have basis for this in https://github.com/DLBPointon/grt-v5/tree/production-sos which builds https://grit-realtime.tol.sanger.ac.uk/ (The front end) and https://grit-realtime-api.tol.sanger.ac.uk/gritdata? (the api)
