[Feature request] Add quick open notification style settings

I don't know how useful this will be. It may also differ or not work on some devices (Shizuku says that this problem only occurs on Xiaomi devices). But you can redirect to the notification style settings by clicking on the message that you may need to change the notification style.

For example, on Xiaomi, it is:
com.miui.notification/miui.notification.management.activity.NotificationDisplaySettingsActivity
And you can check whether the com.miui.notification application is installed and whether such an activity exists before launching.

I also noticed that this is controlled by the system table status_bar_notification_style setting. If it is missing or =1, the notification style is from Android (no problems there), and if =0, the notification style is from MIUI (there are problems with entering text in the notification).
