New features

• A spin-up (burn-in) period can be specified using inp$nspinup in number
  of time steps. It helps stabilise the fit in cases where only catches
  are available in the beginning of the time series.

Minor changes

• On load, spict checks if the currently available TMB version is the same
  as the one that was used to install spict. Gives warning if there is a mismatch.

Bug fixes

• intermediatePeriodCatchList is now used by the manage function, previously was
  ignored

Hello here, I am a beginner in R. I am interested in applying SPiCT to run my stock. Already I had run the in-built data (pol) and everything was fine. The next step is to apply my data. My problem is that I cannot load my data named, "amid" and run the stock the format is the same as the example data just that I have only one species. Can I have a solution? Many thanks in advance.
