SAND-integration-in-install-everything

The executables run in `install_everything.sh` have some hard-coded variables (i.e. `ND_PRODUCTION_RUNTIME` or `ND_PRODUCTION_CONTAINER`). The idea is to let the user set them. Moreover, in `install_hadd.sh` Singularity is not supported.
