1.The hotel's Employees can register bedrooms on the system as (Room Number, Room Type [Single, Double or Family], Room Status [Reserved or Available], and Price Per Day).
2. The system registers guests using their [ID, First Name, Last Name, Address, Phone No., Room No., Room Type, Check-In Date and Check-Out Date] upon their arrival at the hotel in order to know the rooms available for the future and for security.
3. The system generates reports to be used by the admin staff (manager) to view the total number of bedrooms available and reserved, total number of single bedrooms available and reserved, total number of double bedrooms available and reserved, total number of family bedrooms available and reserved.
4. The users of the system will also be registered by the system, and they can view details of rooms ((Room Number, Room Type [Single, Double or Family], Room Status [Reserved or Available], and Price Per Day), update status of the room accordingly (when reserved rooms are released register it as available), search guests by their ID(those who have got their services), and view periodic reports generated by the user.
5. the system authenticates both the users and employee's (whether they are authorized or not ) with the help of their credentials(status or qualification) before they use it(it may be only the manager and a few workers that can use the system and see the details of rooms available and reserved).
6. Users can login to the system and read the rules of the hotel.
