1. Install Anaconda
https://www.anaconda.com/products/individual#windows
2. Open Windows cmd
conda update conda
conda install numba
conda install cudatoolkit
3. Update GPU drivers
https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
4. Download and install cuda
https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads?fbclid=IwAR0d-IKCgCsGXt-1O34ZweibPNPX4lzzh6-n_L2K2flSOntTYrQ3ZM06IN0&target_os=Windows&target_arch=x86_64&target_version=10&target_type=exelocal
5. Download and install cuDNN
https://docs.nvidia.com/deeplearning/cudnn/install-guide/index.html
Copy <installpath>\cuda\bin\cudnn*.dll to C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\vx.x\bin.
Copy <installpath>\cuda\include\cudnn*.h to C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\vx.x\include.
Copy <installpath>\cuda\lib\x64\cudnn*.lib to C:\Program Files\NVIDIA GPU Computing Toolkit\CUDA\vx.x\lib\x64.
4. Open Anaconda prompt
where python
C:\Users\User\anaconda3\python.exe
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38\python.exe
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps\python.exe
5. In Pycharm, add Conda Environment to the python interpreter
File-> Settings -> Python Interpreter -> ⚙️ -> Add - > Conda Environment -> Existing environment -> <No interpreter> ... -> C:\Users\User\anaconda3\python.exe
