Stuck at "Update the reference matrix ..." for over 10 days

Hi,

I'm currently running BayesPrism on a sample. The process started on 2025-03-22 13:01:33, and the output reached:
"Stopping cluster
Update the reference matrix ..."
However, it's been stuck at this step for about 10 days now without any further updates.
Just for your reference, here are the messages before the stall:
"[sample name] - deconvolution started [2025-03-22 13:01:33]
Run Gibbs sampling...
Current time: 2025-03-22 13:10:25
Estimated time to complete: 9days 15hrs 27mins

Is this expected behavior, or is it possible that the process is hanging?
